Для проживания необходимое есть, все в рабочем состоянии. Местоположение хорошее, остановка, магазины рядом.

Disadvantages:

Грязно, засаленная кухня, грязный холодильник, бытовая техника. Кровать в комнате скрипит, неудобно спать. Мебель тоже грязная.
