На звонки отвечали. Информация дана по телефону в полном объёме. В номере чисто. Как-то сухой текст получился... Можно и так. Огромное спасибо за возможность провести отдых в номере вашего отеля. Чисто, тепло и уютно. Кровать мягкая, подушки удобные, выспались!) Соседей не слышно. При входе уличная обувь снимается и ставится в ящик - в отеле чисто! В номере холодильник, микроволновка, чайник, телевизор, кондиционер, большой санузел, удобный душ совмещённый с ванной. Спасибо за отдых.
